The basics of using TransferAI.

You must be at least 16. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms. Keep your account secure and provide accurate information.

TransferAI helps you browse professor insights, course transfer information, UC admission statistics and volunteer opportunities. The current version is free. School and major preferences personalize the experience; they do not submit an application or enroll you in a course.

Information may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Ratings reflect source reviews, and summaries may be generated with AI. Historical admission rates do not predict your results. Confirm course equivalencies, deadlines and requirements with official institutional sources and your counselor. We do not guarantee admission, transfer credit or any academic outcome.

Do not misuse accounts, disrupt the service, circumvent access controls, infringe others’ rights or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend access for abuse or a breach of these terms. Content and software remain the property of their respective owners; using the app does not transfer ownership.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information. You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account. Deleting your TransferAI account does not delete separate accounts for our other products.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the courts in San Francisco County, California, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions still apply. We may update these terms and will provide notice of significant changes.
