Your account. Your choice.

You can request deletion of your TransferAI account and its associated data at any time.

In the app

Open TransferAI → Account → Delete account, then confirm. This permanently removes your TransferAI sign-in account and saved community college, target university and major preferences.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the email associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my TransferAI account.” If you use Apple Hide My Email, include your private relay email if available. We will verify ownership before deletion; never send your password or a verification code.

Request account deletion

If your email app does not open, copy [email protected] into any email service. You do not need to reinstall TransferAI.

What happens to your data

Deletion removes your authentication account and active transfer profile. It signs you out of TransferAI. Minimal records may remain temporarily to complete deletion or satisfy security and legal obligations, and restricted backups expire on their retention cycle. Public education data and other people’s source reviews are not your account data and remain available.

Other accounts stay separate

Deleting TransferAI does not delete your Google or Apple account. If you signed in with Apple, finish disconnecting TransferAI in Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple. Apple’s instructions explain how to remove access. See our privacy policy for details or contact us if you need help.
